The Malicious Use of Artificial Intelligence - Forecasting, Prevention, and Mitigation
Artificial intelligence (AI) and
machine learning (ML) are transforming security risks for citizens, organizations, and states. By threatening the construction, distribution and management of digital infrastructure, the malicious use of AI affects digital, physical, and political security, and requires policy and other institutional responses.
