Market economies have been the most successful means of delivering social progress for many decades. This premise is now challenged with growing misalignment between economic activities and outcomes that are both sustainable and acceptable for societies. In his article for
G20-Insights, Colm Kelly emphasises the need to refocus economic and business activities on outcomes that are human, rather than primarily financial.
