This study by Oxfam examines the impact of fragility and conflict on gender justice and women’s rights in the MENA, as a part of its project on Promoting the Needs of Women in Conflict in the Middle East and North Africa. It discusses how fragility and conflict in Egypt, Iraq, the Occupied Palestinian Territory and Yemen have influenced gender equality and gender justice in recent years of political and social upheaval.
