Accuracy

While the FutureWorld Foundation uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information on this website, the FutureWorld Foundation makes no warranties or representations as to its accuracy. The FutureWorld Foundation assumes no liability or responsibility for any typographical, or other, errors or omissions in the content on this site.

Automatic Data Collection

Like most Web servers on the Internet, our servers collect and store all of the information that your web browser sends when it requests a web page, including:

•              the name, domain, and numerical internet address of the host computer from which you accessed the Internet; this is usually the server of your Internet Service Provider and not your personal computer.

•              the date and time at which you accessed the site;

•              the Internet address of the web page from which you came;

•              the page you visited on our site and characters sent to your computer;

•              the information your web browser software sends as its so-called \"User Agent,\" which typically identifies the browser software and may also indicate the operating system and type of CPU used in your personal computer.

The FutureWorld Foundation periodically analyzes these log files to learn how visitors use content on the site so that we can allocate web resources effectively and to improve the content and performance of our site. We do not routinely collect, store or use personal information such as names, addresses, telephone numbers or e-mail addresses.

Collection and Release of Gathered Information

The FutureWorld Foundation only collects that information such as names, postal addresses, e-mail addresses, or telephone numbers that visitors to this website knowingly and voluntarily provide by completing one of the forms on the website. If you do provide such information voluntarily by completing such a form, that information may be shared with our partners and providers, who are contractually permitted to use such information only to organise FutureWorld Foundation activities.

If you register for one of the these activities, your contact information will be displayed in the private Members Area, where it may be seen by other participants of that event. You may view and edit that information through your personal page in the Members Area.

The FutureWorld Foundation the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell or share this information to others, except as disclosed in this statement. The FutureWorld Foundation does not collect, save or store personal information from visitors who browse the website without completing any form, and does not attempt to identify users or share user information with parties outside of the Future World Foundation, except as described above, or where this may be required in the course of an official law enforcement investigation.

Security

When users submit sensitive information via the Website (such as credit card numbers or social security numbers), that information is encrypted and is protected with SSL encryption software.

Electronic Mail

When you send personal identifying information via e-mail (e.g. in a message containing a question or comment, or by filling out a form on the website), we may use this to respond to you and may forward the information to an employee of the FutureWorld Foundation to answer your question. We do not retain or distribute lists of e-mail addresses to any parties outside the FutureWorld Foundation. Such information will be retained in a directly readable form as long as may be necessary to complete our response.

Cookies

A cookie is small piece of information that a web server requests your browser to store on your computer, which your browser then presents to the web server. In its simplest form, a cookie is an identifying number.

The FutureWorld Foundation uses cookies to track visitors anonymously. The web server assigns a unique numerical ID to each visitor and requests for pages are tagged with that ID. By analysing log files, we can determine how many unique visitors used the site.  The numerical ID does not disclose the identity of a person. The cookies on this website do not contain any personal information about visitors, nor are they used to search for personal information about visitors. Any data received from cookies is not related to personal information disclosed in a registration form.
